It is available as a free eclipse plugin in eclipse marketplace. I used this several years back. It uses the standard uml2 metamodel provided by eclipse foundation and it implements the following generic uml diagrams.
Either by extracting data from uml models and uml profiles or decoration models to produce source code or by reverse engineering source code to produce uml models.
