N Channel H Bridge. Theory of operation. My question is do i need the transistors at all because i have logic level mosfets.
The proposed h bridge inverter circuit having 4 n channel mosfets tries to overcome this problem by introducing a higher voltage bootstrapping network for operating the high side mosfets. Can i able to make a h bridge using only n channel mosfet if it is impossible so what is the suitable p channel mosfet that i need to buy thaks in advanced.
